• Items noted as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty (see Clause 7(a)(3)).

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Shopify in partnership with Soothe and Shine™ (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and your purchase of any products (including the Soothe and Shine™ Original). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may only use this Site and purchase products if you are at least 18 years old.
When using our Site, you agree that you will not:

• Upload or share personal information of others without their consent;
  

• Engage in unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive conduct;
  

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation;
  

• Upload viruses, trojans, or malicious software;
  

• Use automated tools (robots, scraping, data mining, etc.) without our consent;
  

• Use the Site for unsolicited marketing.

Accounts

You may create an account to purchase our products. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login information secure. Any activity made through your account is your responsibility. Personal information is managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the price shown on our Site (including taxes, delivery, or other charges where applicable).
We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. If an order is declined, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe.

• Orders can be cancelled or refunded within 90 minutes of purchase.
  

• Product availability is subject to stock. Pre-order dates are estimates only.

Price & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

• From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or run competitions. Terms for these will be detailed at the time of the promotion.

Delivery, Title & Risk

• Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout, using methods specified on our Site. Some orders may require a signature.
  

• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  

• Ownership of the products transfers once payment is received in full. Risk passes to you once the products are delivered.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products if they are unused, in original packaging, and not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty).
  

• Refunds for bundles will adjust the pricing of remaining items to their current individual value.

• For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  

Limitations & Disclaimers

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  

• Our total liability will not exceed the price you paid for the product(s) in question.
