Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders

A pre-order means securing your product before it officially arrives at our fulfillment center. You may purchase these items in advance, and we will carefully ship your order as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated dispatch dates are noted on each product page and are always approximate.

Processing & Delivery

• All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery within the EU usually takes 3–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  
  Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders above €50.
  
  

Important Information

Delivery times are calculated from the advertised dispatch date. Pre-order timeframes are estimated and may vary slightly.
 During peak periods — such as promotional sales or seasonal events — our dispatch times may extend slightly. We sincerely appreciate your patience as our team ensures that each order is packaged with care.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and delighted with your Soothe and Shine purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below:

• The return request is submitted and the item is posted back within 30 days of delivery.
  

• The product was not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout, unless faulty.
  

• Items must be in their original packaging and returned in as new condition. This includes product boxes, protective wraps, ribbons, and any specialty packaging.
  

• A photo of the item(s) must be provided prior to shipping so we can confirm condition.
  
  

Important Notes

• If you request a refund for a bundle, the original bundle discount will no longer apply. Kept items will revert to their standard price, and the difference will be refunded.
  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reimburse shipping costs.
